Stelios Pigadiotis is founder of scout-global (www.scout-global.com), a business consulting firm offering strategic advisory and human capital development. He has previously worked in the strategic consulting sector at Accenture (Boston, New York, USA) in the banking sector (specializing in advisory and mergers & acquisitions) at State Street Bank (Boston, USA), UBS (Thailand) and Marfin Bank (Greece) and in the corporate training sector. He has trained over 4,500 business executives in Greece and abroad. Mr. Pigadiotis has delivered corporate workshops in organizations, such as, the United Nations (The Hague, Netherlands), and multinational companies & small and medium sized enterprises in more than 25 countries including China, USA, Denmark, India, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, Russia, Iraq, UAE and Lebanon.
He is a certified practitioner in MBTI, a human psychological type assessment instrument and the Tomas-Kilmann conflict mode instrument (TKI). Scout-global is an affiliate member of OPP (European distributor of MBTI & TKI) for Greece, for both of these tools.
He studied International Business, International Relations and History of Classical Music in Northeastern University, Boston (USA), and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from ALBA.
